Conversion of existing cellar into home cinema, kitchenette, WC/cloakroom and office. Structural works - walls taken out in order to create an open space for the home cinema, light well dug to allow emergency egress and light in, butressing and underpinning works to create acceptable headroom. Also, staircase cut into ground floor area to create internal access to the space.
